TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

Current Students

  • Official transcripts for current students should be requested at your school.

  • Students requesting a transcript related to a college or university application or eligibility should contact your designated placement counselor.

  • For other official documents, such as student certifications, please contact your administrator.

Alumni & Former Students

  • Graduates or former students of Elevation Preparatory Academy may request transcripts online.
